Important: Ironside Addiction Recovery Coaching provides non-clinical recovery coaching, support, guidance, and accountability. Our services are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, medically supervised detoxification, or emergency services.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using an Ironside website, submitting information through our website, scheduling a consultation, or otherwise using our online services, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.

2. Websites Covered

These Terms apply to websites and online services operated by or on behalf of Ironside Addiction Recovery Coaching, including:

  • ironsideaddictionrecovery.com

One domain may redirect to another Ironside website. These Terms apply regardless of which of these domains you use to reach us.

3. About Ironside Recovery Coaching

Ironside provides personalized, one-on-one addiction recovery coaching designed to offer support, guidance, encouragement, accountability, and practical assistance to individuals working toward recovery and positive life changes.

Recovery coaching is a non-clinical, person-centered service. Coaching may complement professional treatment or other recovery resources, but it does not replace services that should be provided by appropriately licensed medical, mental health, or substance-use treatment professionals.

4. Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment

Ironside Addiction Recovery Coaching is not providing medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical detoxification, or other licensed healthcare services through this website or through recovery coaching.

Information provided by Ironside, including information on this website, through email, by telephone, through text messages, during consultations, or as part of coaching, should not be interpreted as medical advice or as a substitute for evaluation or treatment by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate medical, mental health, substance-use treatment, or other professional care when needed.

Withdrawal and Detoxification Warning

Abruptly stopping alcohol or certain drugs can result in serious and potentially life-threatening withdrawal. Ironside recovery coaching is not a medical detoxification service.

Do not rely on this website or a recovery coach to determine whether it is medically safe to stop using alcohol, medication, or other substances. Seek appropriate medical guidance when withdrawal or detoxification may be a concern.

5. Emergencies and Crisis Situations

Ironside is not an emergency service or crisis response service. Our website, email, telephone, text messaging, scheduling systems, and coaching services should not be used as a substitute for emergency assistance.

If you or another person is experiencing a medical emergency, suspected overdose, severe withdrawal symptoms, immediate danger, or another emergency, call 911 or seek appropriate emergency medical assistance.

If you are experiencing a mental health or suicide-related crisis, seek immediate assistance from an appropriate crisis or emergency resource.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Recovery is highly individual. Outcomes depend on many factors, including circumstances outside Ironside’s control.

Ironside does not guarantee that coaching will result in sobriety, continued abstinence, prevention of relapse, improvement of a medical or mental health condition, improvement of relationships, employment outcomes, financial outcomes, or any other particular result.

Testimonials, success stories, examples, or descriptions of individual experiences are not guarantees that another person will experience the same or similar results.

7. Personal Responsibility

Recovery coaching is collaborative. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, health, safety, and participation in recovery.

Information, suggestions, strategies, resources, or perspectives provided through coaching are intended to support your decision-making and recovery efforts. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to act upon that information.

8. Information Provided Through the Website

9. Consultations and Coaching Services

If you choose to purchase or participate in an Ironside coaching program, additional agreements, policies, payment terms, cancellation terms, program conditions, or informed acknowledgments may apply.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a separately signed agreement governing paid coaching services, the applicable signed agreement will control with respect to those services to the extent of the conflict.
